GIS Analyst
Summary:
Gotmaps? is seeking a GIS Analyst.
Requirements include an understanding of GIS, and the willingness to work with
a young company
.
This is a part-time, contract position.
Currently working on optimizing routing data
C,C++ programming using proprietary software
Education in GIS, geography or any of the geosciences,
engineering or planning a plus
Experience in GPS, GIS, surveying or other technical skills
Accuracy of work, attention to detail and problem solving skills
Professional conduct while dealing with the public
Familiarity with the current Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
Some travel, depending on quantity of work
